Return Policy

All returns are for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. The item may not have been used, washed or altered in any way, and should be returned in its original packaging. Returned items may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Cosmetics products and all specialty items such as engraved silver and "Name" necklaces are not returnable.

Please wrap your package securely and include your packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you return your package via UPS, FedEx or insured mail.
